It is characterized by a ruby color, harmonious, full-bodied texture, velvety smoothness, and pleasant sweetness, with notable fruit and varietal aromas, as well as blackberry and berry tones. It is best served with cheese, chocolate, and fruit desserts, though it can also be enjoyed on its own, without any accompaniment.
